45^th Parallel Universe, in collaboration with The Oregon Symphony, is proud to present an extraordinary musical experience: The Complete String Quartets of Caroline Shaw: A Concert Crawl. This one-day event is part of the symphony’s Sounds Like Portland Festival and celebrates the work of Portland-based composer and Pulitzer Prize winner Caroline Shaw. One of the most dynamic voices in contemporary classical music, Shaw has been nominated for seven Grammy Awards and won five including Best Chamber Music/Small Ensemble Performance for her collaboration on Orange and Evergreen with ATTACCA QUARTET. We welcome you to join us for three hours of her stunning music, curated by Oregon Symphony Creative Chair Gabriel Kahane.
