We’re back for round two of The Portland School of composition. Oregon ArtsWatch challenged us to look inward and ask: What truly defines a place, a school, a center for composition — and what does that even mean? While the question may not have a single answer, we continue to explore it through the one thing that builds community: music by local composers, performed by local musicians.
